Sam Proctor from Texas, a PrepStar All-Region pick as an athlete, has signed with the Oklahoma Sooners. Proctor also considered Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and Texas Tech.

Proctor is 6-1, weighs 200 pounds, and has been timed at 4.5 seconds in the forty-yard dash.

Proctor, who can play at least seven positions, ran for 799 yards and fifteen touchdown, adding 799 yards and seven touchdowns through the air.

With Proctor the Sooners now have nineteen commitments, placing them in the top twenty nationally.
