Florida State has assumed its position at the top of the ACC in recruiting. In a fast moving tussle at the end of the year, the Seminoles surged into the lead. No surprise, that's where they have been for a generation. Even with Bobby out of the picture, playing golf and fishing some place, there doesn't appear to be an end in sight! Clemson and Virginia offered the toughest competition.

The rankings follow.

1. Florida State.

2. Clemson.

3. Virginia Tech.

4. North kkCarolina State.

5. Boston College.

6. North Carolina.

7. Georgia Tech.

8. North Carolina.

9. Maryland.

10. Wake Forest.

11. Virginia.

12. Duke.

Big day on Saturday (February 27th), PrepStar covers the ACC war, the North Carolina/North Carolia State bloody competition and the annual Texas/Texas A&M brawl, with a little Oklahoma thrown in for good measure.
